Booking Terms
These Booking Terms apply to travel services arranged by Clarity Tours Tanzania. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed after Clarity Tours has received the required deposit and issued written confirmation.
2. Deposit & Payment
A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm a booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled start of the journey.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation.
3. Prices
Prices are based on the itinerary, number of travelers, accommodation category and services stated in the confirmed quotation. Changes requested after confirmation may result in additional costs.
4. Third-Party Services
Some parts of a journey may involve hotels, lodges, airlines, park authorities and other independent service providers. Their individual booking, amendment and cancellation conditions may also apply.
5. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, health documentation and any other documents required for their journey.
6. Itinerary Changes
Itineraries may occasionally need to change because of weather, road conditions, park regulations, flight schedules, safety considerations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where necessary, Clarity Tours will seek to provide a suitable alternative.
7. Wildlife & Mountain Experiences
Wildlife sightings, migration movements, weather conditions and successful mountain summits cannot be guaranteed because they depend on natural conditions and individual circumstances.
8. Cancellations

9. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, including appropriate cover for cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage and the activities included in your itinerary.
